Silicon pressure sensitive chip is packaged in a 316L stainless steel casing, and the applied pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through the stainless steel diaphragm and the internally sealed silicone oil. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium, forming an all-solid-state structure for pressure measurement.
